Jager Kechely, B.A.
Jager began his work at Intermountain as a direct care counselor in Glacier Cottage. He was a direct care counselor for 7 years and Case Manager for 3 years. Jager now serves as a supervisor in Bridger Cottage. Jager is a Montana native and enjoys all of the wonders that Montana provides. He enjoys going on hikes, golfing, camping, floating, being on the lake and snowboarding. Intermountain employee since 2010.

Victoria Ward, B.A.
Victoria began her work at Intermountain as a support counselor in Glacier cottage before transitioning into working as a mental health specialist in the school, as well as teaching PE. She then transitioned into the case manager role. Victoria was raised in the small town of Lincoln Montana. She grew up spending time on her family ranch in Ovando or exploring the mountains and hidden trails surrounding Lincoln. She has now lived in Helena for 6 years and enjoys spending her free time with her children, and getting outdoors when the weather is nice and warm. Victoria has been an Intermountain employee since 2020.

Ashley Van Dyke, M.S.W. Licensure candidate
Ashley began her work at Intermountain with children and families as a direct care counselor. She received a B.S. in Psychology from Carroll College and an M.S.W. from University of Southern California. Ashley is married with two children with another one on the way. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside with her family, camping and hiking. Intermountain employee since 2013.

Mary Huigen, M.S.W.
Mary obtained her undergraduate degree from Carroll College and her MSW from Walla Walla University. Mary has a plethora of experience working with children from a variety of vulnerable situations. She is a Montana native and spends her time enjoying Montana’s summer months fishing, kayaking and gardening. Intermountain employee since 2017.

Sky Freeman, M.A
Sky was raised in Montana in the small town of Augusta, just northwest of Helena. Her family has an outfitting business, so she grew up around horses and sent most of her summers in the mountains on her families pack trips. She completed her undergraduate degree at Bowdoin College in Maine and then moved to Colorado, where she completed her Master’s in International Human Rights. After obtaining her Masters, she moved back to Montana and started working at Intermountain, having always had a passion to work with children in difficult situations. In June of 2013, she married her husband, Dusty. They now have 2 children. In her free time, Sky enjoys spending time in the mountains whether it’s hiking, riding a horse, or snowshoeing. Intermountain employee since 2010.

Amy Jamieson, M. Ed.
Amy Jamieson grew up on the Hi-line of Montana. After getting a bachelor degree in education she started a job in mental health case management for children and adults. She fell in love with helping people with mental health struggles. She obtained her Master’s in Counseling Degree from Montana State University Northern in 2011, briefly worked as a School Based Therapist and spent 2 years working as a therapist in community mental health before deciding to stay home with her 3 kids while they were young and open a daycare. With her children getting older, she decided to get back into the mental health field and found Intermountain. When not working she enjoys spending time with her kids, husband, and pets, reading, knitting and fishing. Intermountain employee since 2021.
