Dear Colleagues, Friends, and Supporters,
As many of you may have already heard, Intermountain Residential is closing its doors. This closure will occur in the next 45 days. We are committed to safely and thoughtfully transitioning the children who are currently in our program onto their next steps.
In our 114 years of service to children and families across Montana and the nation, we have restored hope and healing to thousands of children and families. We are incredibly proud of those that came before us and had the vision to lead Intermountain Residential into the Developmental Relational Approach and those that have joined us in the mission of Healing Through Healthy Relationships throughout the years. We are thankful to the long list of our Residential staff and their dedication over the years, many of whom have dedicated years of their lives to Intermountain Residential and the children we serve.
We also want to thank the families that, over the many years, have trusted us with their children and committed to the life-changing treatment process. To all referring professionals, thank you for trusting us and advocating for your clients.
While this is an incredibly heartbreaking time, we also want to celebrate the incredible work that our children and families have done throughout the history of Intermountain Residential.
Thank you for your commitment to the children that we serve, the trust you place in us, and most importantly, the lasting relationships.
